Environmental Policy:

 

Where possible, we always use recyclable materials and environmentally friendly biodegradable chemicals and fluids.  We will be happy to discuss this and conform to individual company policies if required.

 

Employment Policy:

 

The reason behind our success is the quality of our team.  We do not employ casual labour or contractors - all our staff are permanent employees.  New staff are interviewed by senior management and references taken prior to employment.  We have a team of supervisors who take personal responsibility for project and contracts.  No new member of staff is sent on site without specific training for your individual requirements.  We are an equal opportunities employer.

 

Health & Safety Policy:

 

We have stringent health & safety guidelines which all staff must adhere to.  Prior to commencing employment all new staff receive a health & safety booklet and undergo training.

 

Public Liability Insurance:

 

We have all necessary insurances and also take out additional policies for specialist projects.  Additional insurances are always included in our prices.

 

General Company Policy:

 

We insist on strict time keeping for all our staff.  In the event of illness, staff are required to report to their supervisor a minimum of 4 hours prior to starting - this ensures cover can be arranged.  Our supervisors take responsibility for a number of contracts to ensure your cleaning requirements are always met.

 

Our management team is always available to discuss any issues or requirements you may have.  Although we are a large business, we have still maintained core family business values.
